Jodel DR.1051M-1 s/n 610 HB-EEN

On the DR.100 series aircraft list, I called for help by readers supplying photos and other information about such aircraft. While I had a few people supplying valuable information, none has gone as far as Gerald Völk: he sent a CD-ROM with pictures of HB-EEN which he took while the aircraft made a fuel stop on 11 June 2000 at Wels Airport (LOLW) (Austria) on its way home from Hungary.

Because the photos are of such good quality, show many details of the aircraft and not the least because the aircraft is in such a superb condition that it could be used as an example on what is achieveable during a ground-up restoration, I'll put the photos on this seperate page for all to enjoy and to those who are restoring their Jodels as an incentive to get theirs finished!

I do not know who is the owner of the aircraft, but its home base is Birrfeld in Switzerland. The aircraft was built in 1965 by CEA, and after a ground-up restoration in 1998 it is now probably in better-than-new condition.
